**Prices**

 

All prices are listed in Euros and include and 13% tax (VAT) for fine art prints in Austria. For National Customers, the corresponding VAT for other EU countries is applied at the current legal rate.

 

Customers residing outside the European Union may be subject to additional taxes. Non-European customers should verify their country's legal duties before making a purchase.

 

Delivery fees are the responsibility of the customer and vary depending on the selected items and shipping destination.

 

**Payment**

 

All purchases must be made using one of the available payment methods outlined below.

 

Customers selecting PayPal payment will be directed to the secure PayPal payment page after checkout. If you do not have a PayPal account, registration on the PayPal website is required. PayPal offers additional security and prompt refunds, usable almost anywhere globally. General PayPal security terms apply to PayPal payments.

 

For direct bank transfers, please contact us via email. If you prefer speaking with us directly, you can reach us at the contact form or email provided.

 

Please note that due to occasional limited availability, we cannot guarantee the availability of a specific product at the time of your order. In such cases, we will promptly notify you and issue a refund for any debited amounts from your credit/debit card.

 

PayPal payments incur a commission fee of approximately 5%, which is non-refundable. To avoid this fee, we recommend using credit card payment.

 

**Shipping/Delivery**

 

All orders are shipped to the address provided by the customer at checkout and dispatched within 36 hours (excluding weekends).

 

Delivery times vary: orders within Austria typically arrive within 1-3 working days, European orders within 3-10 working days, and orders to the United States and other regions within 7-20 working days.

**Return Policy**

 

Items must be returned via registered mail within 10 working days of receipt, provided they are in the original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Customers may opt for a replacement, credit note, or refund.

 

Refunds for bank transfer payments are issued accordingly. For PayPal payments, refunds are processed through PayPal, minus the commission fee (approximately 5%). Credit card payments are refunded in full to the original card.

 

We advise customers to:

 

1. Inspect the package upon arrival for any damage.

2. If the package is damaged, open it in the presence of the delivery person to verify the contents.

3. In case of discrepancies or visible defects, reject the delivery and complete the necessary form.

Any personal information collected will solely be used to process orders or provide support and information regarding new products. We do not share or sell your personal information to third parties under any circumstances.
